Topic	this Biden platform kind made me cringe. He can be his own worst enemy at times

Many first time buyers are going to benefit from this, as have many first time buyers benefited from many first time buyer support. Does it solve all the problems? No. Does it help people in need? Yes. The other issue is whining about free money ruining the economy is a lot more effective than we give it credit for.
