I hate that you can't send videos to friends on ps. Occasionally my friend will send me a clip of something and I'll just get a notification to view it in the PlayStation app that I don't have and don't care enough to download. I'm SURE they coulda just let us view them on the console.you can do exactly that. I send/receive gameplay clips with friends occasionally, like funny moments ^_^ we're on PS5 btw. if you message a clip to someone on PS4, then you get the "use the PS app to view video".
