Last year's ER had Sheamus being given an impromptu match with Kofi for the US title, iirc
Maybe he'll get an impromptu match like that.

Also just watched The Greatest Thing Ever™ again. King actually specifically said that he thought Rock was lying in wait for Cena at the end there with the People's Elbow so it may actually have been Rock playing possum. At the very least it has been mooted as a possibility!
