Nobody's saying he can't rap at all. But again, he's just mediocre. Like, his rapping is passable enough to not ruin whatever track he's on, but it's not like people listen to Drake for his wordplay, flow, lyricism, storytelling, etc.,

And for the most part, Drake ain't rapping about shit. Even with the Meek Mill shit, he didn't win because he was a better rapper, but because he had the bigger hit.
