Not a doctor but my understanding is that for a healthy person, sodium isn't really an issue. Just drink water and the excess will leave the body with it. it doesn't even matter if you consume 3600mg in one day because you can easily balance that out the next day. the problems only happen if you're not hydrated/your kidneys don't work, and you're consistently taking in way too much sodium --- I could see you, but I couldn't hear you You were holding your hat in the breeze Turning away from me In this moment you were stolen... ...
