so i booted up the game and it found an old character i must have made decades ago on tutorial island. but its the default appearance and a username i havent used since I was a kid, and i cant delete my character. or rename myself without paying >.>

Actually, you can rename yourself, change genders and stuff.
you have to go to some town near the wilderness/grand exchange.
I think the town is called Faldor, where youll find a witch that lets you change your appearance. You can change your username through another method dont remember it that well.

anyways, I tried to replay RuneScape as of lately it seems that people these days dont do pvp through the various game modes in this game.

I used to do certain quests just to get top of the line gear or magic spells simply for pvp.

really wish that having your own personal space wasnt exclusive to the subscription :/

also if you had a old account, and you try to play old RuneScape, youll find yourself back to level 1.

no idea why, you simply start from scratch
