More specifically, that when you consider all the different places Homer has been shown on his hammock in that backyard, they basically have a forest back there.

He's been shown hammocking it up along the side fence so he can bother/be bothered by Ned, along the back fence, and closer to the back of the house so Marge can yell at him from the kitchen window.

So that's at least six trees, but then you think about the large one for the treehouse and Lisa's peach tree, and that's eight. (Seven if we assume that for the last hammock position, it's tied to the treehouse tree)

And yet it's only ever consistently portrayed as having the one large tree that the treehouse is built in.

How much money is Homer wasting on tree installation and removal?
