In my case the tellers will flat out refuse to help you because they are busy handling cold cash, cheque, plus any other transactions involving physical stuff. Let's say I have a single card to handle the following: 1.) Basic utility + phone/internet/cable 2.) Insurance and subscriptions, either monthly or annual 3.) School/college tuition and fees 4.) Online shopping and groceries 5.) Cash withdrawal That's gonna take a while even for a single household. Sometimes a single ATM user will pay for more than one household (parents, spouse, kids).
