| legendary_zell 04/24/24 7:35:29 PM #226: | Why get mad at people for pointing out that Biden and Democrats also wanted this ban? It's something they've openly talked about for a long time now. They weren't forced into this. The ban was popular among elected Democrats when it stood on its own.
It's their fault for committing an own goal if it affects them negatively. The status quo would have cost them nothing considering they're fine with mass tech surveillance and brain melting when it's done by domestic companies. I don't think this will have a big effect due to the built up hatred against Trump and the Republicans, but if it did, I wouldn't be surprised.
