I'm sure to the broader fanbase it's not, people will ding it for the artstyle or not comparing to the original... or, you know, that thing with the artist...

but I liked it and looked forward to it every week, I remember saying at the time it felt comfy to watch and I still stick with that. But it also only ranks so high for me by virtue of watching little else from the 'past 10 year' timeframe though, it'd probably rank somewhere in the 20s on my overall anime list. Konosuba probably leapfrogs it once I'm caught up & my 6th through 9th place weren't as good (certainly Goblin Slayer season 2 drags it down, just Season 1 and I'd probably have it #1).
