Whether or not She Hulk will return is up in the air, but that likely has more to do with the reception of the show and Disney's intentions of scaling down on the number of Marvel projects. There's nothing indicating that Maslany's comments have anything to do with it. But every other show has been renewed internally or brought to the movies to continue the story basically except Loki which is over and Wandavision which was a one shot.
