People who come to talk about video games don't want to see hostile discussions of economic policies or abortion or Israel or religion or other controversial subject in the middle of their topics about who the best Mortal Kombat fighter is.

So they don't like CE since as this topic alone demonstrates. That's what tends to happen here. They see it as toxic.

I think I need to repeat that I read the topic title and then literally the first thing I saw was "And conservative economic policies" which has nothing to do with the topic.

And you're claiming you don't understand users who like to talk about video games are off put and don't want to come here.
