so called moderate GOP still voted to impeach
Susan Collins and her like vote with the radicals

From what I understand, the Senate was voting on whether to reject the impeachment articles from the House or accept them and hold a trial. They voted to reject both of them, while Republicans wanted to hold the trial. Then some moderate Republicans were at least signaling that they would vote against impeachment after the trial is held.
