I read that for many potential jurors their old social media posts were being brought up as reasons to disqualify them. It's a reminder that if you're going to post something on social media make sure it's something you wouldn't be embarrassed to have read aloud in a courtroom years later. Prosecutor: "Mr. Tyranthraxus, I will now read aloud the last post you made on Facebook." Me: "ok" Prosecutor: "fhqwhgads" Everyone: "... What?"
