Falling asleep in trial is pretty common. Even lawyers do it. I don't think it is for defendants, though. Was hearing multiple prosecutors yesterday saying how they'd never personally seen it, especially so early into the day (think it was 3 hours into court). Most people wouldn't be able to sleep when facing 34 felonies and jurors aren't likely to look too kindly on a defendant who would because it makes it seem like they just don't care. Were_Wyrm posted... I was only sleeping because this trial is a WITCH HUNT, and I am TOTALLY INNONCENT!!! Nothing for me to even do, the liberal woke judge WON'T LET ME HAVE MY COLORING BOOKS! SAD! All of this is to keep me from winning the election which polls have me winning with 100% OF THE VOTE!!!
