Topic	I can't figure out my Mod issues with Fallout New Vegas

Be sure to follow it exactly I didn't care for some of the changes VNV made, but if you've never played through NV, i'm sure you wouldn't notice some of the nerfs --- The name is wackyteen for a reason.
