Chances that happens tho is like less than 1% sadly Certainly with the Manhattan trial, jail isn't impossible but it is improbable. While it does have prison as an option New York tends to give slaps on the wrist for stuff like this. The only things that will weigh on the sentencing is the crimes and prior convictions. You have a victimless crime that resulted in the lowest of level felonies. He hasn't ever been convicted of a crime. Civil judgements won't count and neither will unresolved charges i.e. D.C, Mar-a-Lago, and the Rico case. My prediction is he gets a fine and couple of years of probation. I know people will be upset if this is the outcome of the Manhattan case but they shouldn't be. Anyone else would get similar punishment. --- I wish I was over yonder with my cronies The above sig was made so I could put yonder and cronies in a sig ... Copied to Clipboard! |
