So it looks like the bill would introduce new hoops that people have to jump through when registering to vote, supposedly in the name of keeping noncitizens from voting but in actuality would just make it harder for eligible voters to register since noncitizens trying to vote illegally almost never happens. --- "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose.
