He knew all the people who are from Vault 31. Everyone in Vault 31 was alive 200 years ago as a company man of Vault-tec.
Moldave was not one of them unless season 2 shows her go from literally saying Vault-Tec SUCKS to working for them. Not to mention there should be more than 1 person from Vault 31 in 32. He would have noticed he recognize no one. And if Vault 31 company man died you would assume brain replace them.

3. While not explained, it exist at least 3 possible solutions. Cryo sleep, mutation/part ghoul, android.

4. Moldave visited Vault 32, discovered what happened and used the traditional marriage to get inside 33. The robobrain was quiet about it because it was afraid that Vault 33 would do a 32, it didnt really trust Lucys father or it had started to go crazy/break down.

Didn't trust Lucy father? That makes 0 sense. Pretty sure Robobrain is that government worker guy that pestered Ghoul 200 years ago. Not to mention everyone in Vault 31 is trustable and in on it.
