Especially since Shadow is a prequel thousands of years in the past in the game's universe & more than likely to be a separate entry at the main menu like other Namco Bandai games Do you know how Dark Souls 3's DLC went? The Painted World and the Ringed City Was a three-tiered location that you could access from in-world at various stages to the world that took place in an alternate reality. Dark Souls DLC featured events hundreds of years prior to the game's current world stage.
