Im not sure Id agree that abortion is the number one issue for Americans. There are many issues we are concerned with. I agree there are many issues we are concerned with but Abortion tends to affect Americans directly so it is probably the number 1 issue. Its human nature to prioritize their own self interests over interests of others. It sounds horrible to say but its the reality.
