So 4:1. Incidentally my bench today was 125, and I just barely got out rep #3.

four plates on each side or four plates total? Cause the tool with no weight added is usually a little over 100lbs

125 for 3 on the bench means you can likely get a rep with a plate on each side. Thats good foundational strength to build upon! ;) give yourself some credit
