Okay, found time for the gym today. I'm pretty sure I misremembered slightly, and it's more like 400 on the leg press, because I did four plates today and that was tough. I could have maybe added a little more if I was really trying to a one-rep max, but I also know that wasn't what I was doing for the times I'm thinking back to. four plates on each side or four plates total? Cause the tool with no weight added is usually a little over 100lbs 125 for 3 on the bench means you can likely get a rep with a plate on each side.
