Topic	What four villains are on the Movie Villains Mount Rushmore?

Way too many of these nominations came from books! (Gruber is different than the villain in the book on which Die Hard is sorta based, even though he has the same last name.) I'd have nominated Blofeld from James Bond instead of Dr. Evil if he didn't come from a book first.
