Rules: If you list more than 4 things I'm gonna just tally the first 4 you say. If you list the same character multiple times it won't count. Be nice. Don't shove your personal definition of "Mount Rushmore" down others' throats. Have fun. If you're going to majorly change a vote please quote your old vote to make it easier for me. Movie villain specific-rules: The villain should primarily be a movie villain that originated in a movie, so no Bowser or Voldemort. However, if a villain's original form of media is largely forgotten/significantly dwarfed in popularity by the prevalence of the movie(s), then they count as a Movie Villain. Additionally, if the character did not originate in a movie but it's one of those situations where the movie is significantly different than the source material, then you can say that the villain is a movie-exclusive interpretation and they will count. I'd say under these rules that Heath Ledger Joker would count (and characters in similar situations) I reserve the right to say "NO THAT'S NOT A MOVIE CHARACTER >:(" but I probably won't unless someone posts something real dumb Reference Links: https://tiermaker.com/categories/tv-and-movies/best-movie-villains-384784 (not everyone here is eligible, read the rules) PREVIOUS RESULTS: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uCR-viOTP-yKhRZnTyvaoXj7teKRA12gz7m-1rfmhoY/ (Sheet 1) "Video Games are ART": Journey, Shadow of the Colossus, Okami, Disco Elysium Stand-Up Comedians: Carlin, Pryor, Seinfeld, MacDonald Cryptids: Nessie, Bigfoot, Chupacabra, Mothman Board Games: Chess, Monopoly, Scrabble, Go Stephen King Stories: IT, The Shining, Carrie, The Stand Nicktoons: Spongebob, Rugrats, Avatar TLA, Hey Arnold!
