Clearly what we're doing (basically nothing) isn't the answer. We've never tried banning guns--it might be the answer. Might at the very least make a notable improvement. We don't know since we've never even tried it. Why not try it for a couple of years, just to see the impact. If it really doesn't seem to make a difference, then fuck it.
