Revival is one of those books i feel like i can recommend just because of the ending. Like i find it pretty dull for the most part but damn... just... damn

I had just enough spoiled about it to not outright ruin the ending and honestly, I feel enhance the experience.

It was explained to me as we all like to think of dying as something positive and peaceful or at the very least, neutral. We don't like to imagine something far worse.

It gave me a hint of what was to come and a sense of dread throughout the entire book without outright revealing what it was (as I've seen some reviewers due, which is unacceptable. I am a huge believer in being respectful about unwanted spoilers). I was not disappointed with the results.
