My manager responded to my email. She said : "Hi, Hope your day is going well. No prep needed. It's just a 1:1. Thanks," So, looks like I'm in the clear. She probably just wants to know if I need help with things or for me to bring up any issues I'm having. That's a relief. I'm definitely working on getting better at the job.
