Monument specific-rules: Must be manmade monument that exists in America (or on American soil at the very least). Monument does not need to be built by Americans but needs to be in America. You can debate if the moon is American soil or not. If it's big, American, famous, and a manmade monument to something American, it will probably count You can also debate if this being a Mount Rushmore counts as representation of Mount Rushmore by default, therefore not warranting a vote for it.
