The first safe room is a good example, it's got a couple basic enemies and a bunch of doors spread around, some of which just lead into a side room with loot and a boss. Some doors are locked, some aren't. It absolutely has the best items in the game, including rings that let you use the strongest versions of individual skills. Thank you.
