Who the fuck would buy that shit if they had a choice? Given how recently you've seen it, I think this is them thinking they have a new market outside of being a locked-in choice at specific venues. I guess we'll see if this stays in groceries. Based on the pricing, it doesn't look like they have to sell much to come out ahead. A regular price of $2 per can of fucking water is hilariously stupid.
