No characters this time with cut and dry definite spots. Basically, I'll just allow people to give five votes to any of the 64 characters and those points will contribute to where they inevitably seed. Obviously, a character with 4 nominations will not be able to score higher than a 6-seed here for example, but this should at least help with keeping the strengths consistent with the seeds, at least relative to nominations received. Will last until Monday, April 8th, 5:30 EDT. List of characters you can vote for in the next post.
