I think I have good control of my voice i can talk loud maybe strong if I force it quiet and soft but its just I fumble words way too much cos I overthink I literally know that using my brain and overthinking things telling my voice not to say anything out the ordinary by accident is stopping me but Im too scared of blurting out something crazy from my paranoia I have so its a hopeless battle. I need to let myself speak casual and let my brain subconsciously talk rather than overthink each letter of every word and end up messing up by saying 2 words together which I do quite often Ok yeah that sounds tough.
