I dropped down to 165 back in 2020 for the first time in ten years, but that was pretty much entirely due to being a little stingy with food thanks to supporting two of us on one CERB and having to limit how many groceries we were buying to be able to fit two weeks' worth in the fridge to cut down on the number of grocery trips we made. Being gainfully employed again and not being as locked down corrected that pretty quickly. --- This is my signature.
