That sounds like a monumental task that would take decades, and I wouldnt even know where to start outside of the local level, but that is what needs to happen. Apparently Biden is actually trying to make things better in Gaza but its way too slow because of Foreign Policy.
Ive learned a lot about this stuff because of Gaza but I still know so little.
