You can sorta see from the way he speaks outside of his scripts, he's more into the drama than he is about the causes and speedruns and whatnot. Though I don't think his videos are particularly about negativity than it is about making a clown show out of them. Video essay meta changes a lot more frequently than people seem to think. It's not really about negativity anymore. People love long drawn out narrations of things they can discern for themselves, and people love news and speculations.
