Ah, the United Kingdom.

Where there's an official document (the GRC) saying you've officially under-the-eyes-of-the-Crown transitioned, and boy is it a pain in the red-taped botty to get one.

Now thankfully there's a little thing called the Equality Act of 2010 that stipulates that you do not need a GRC to avoid being discriminated on the basis of gender identity. Or rather, the term they use is "gender reassignment", but the EHRC is clear that you don't have to actually be in the process of "reassignment" to be considered protected under the law, which most sane people would grasp as pretty much being a protection of gender identity.

The "gender criticals" including their Witch-Queen don't feel that applies to them and their incessant "fact telling".

By the way, this all kicked off this morning not necessarily because of Trans Day of Visibility, but rather because a Scottish law, known as the Hate Crime and Public Order Act of 2021 finally passed into effect today. It packs onto existing UK hate crime law and adds "age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity or being intersex" to the criteria.

And FOR SOME ODD REASON Her Royal Joanne and the throng have raised a stink about such law.

Almost like they feel it was going to affect them in some way, but that doesn't make sense because they don't commit hate crimes.... right?
