That screenshot is just a normal costume change and devs are too lazy to give the outfit its own personal buster sword magnet scabbard. I remember the silly outrage of way back when Ocarina of Time came out and people wondered how Link's sheath for his sword stayed on his back. Nintendo's "official" response was "Hyrule Velcro".
