The problem is that male educators can be doing criminal acts openly and knowingly and the schools will do nothing to discipline them for years, usually only if public outcry gets loud enough (or they have a losing season). Not that they "eventually get caught." These are open secrets at these schools.

And the other half of the problem is the snap decision to punish female teachers for having a side hustle that hurts no one.

I can't believe that schools would take action against a male educator as fast as the women teachers named in this topic because male educators aren't held to account for actual sex crimes. You really think they'd catch anything for an OF account, given the already demonstrated double standard?
