that's not really true in any noticeable way. maybe it was gonna be a thing but was cut, or maybe it's more of an abstract thing. i only mention this cause i was scared of using that stuff in the beginning, but the only thing stopping you it is your own roleplay decisions for that --- Kremlin delenda est ...
