Yeah, I've done it on Hard - pre-Castoria even - just a complete stallfest with BB and friends that lasted like 80 turns lol. Though IIRC she's actually a harder fight if you take only the one KP item that knocks her out of that form but none of the others so she still has all the other abilities.
