You didn't answer the question. Why would insults not be deleted? I actually agree with this one. if something is bad enough to be moderated, meaning its against the rules to post it, and presumably its against the rules because its harmful to post.. why would it not be deleted? if its harmless enough to leave up, why is it against the rules?
