You absorbed the book in some manner and the result is the same, whether read or heard. I feel like the folks who care enough to "disqualify" books on tape are maybe too concerned with the aesthetic of being a book reader.
But shit, you might gain some cool points if you say it was on a physical cassette, rather than digital/streaming. Bonus points if you have the huge clamshell box for the four-tape set in your car. --- The food here is terrible.
