That bond only prevents the city from seizing his properties. He still has to pay the full amount at some point, though I guess we won't know that until he either pays the bond or the 10 days are up.
MJS is the court reporter whose staff pointed out to him (as I heard him personally credit them) that Kagan had actually intended to dissent on the case involving CO throwing Trump off the ballot.
