Right, all PMs would be public to scum. But if that wasn't the ability that was actually activated, what was? Wouldn't we have likely known about it by now like we did with Lopen's vote being frozen?

Unless there's something tied to FD's double-vote hammer power... which may have been gifted to him? If so, that connection proves nothing.
