I think Ulti really painted himself into a corner by asking everyone for 5 person lists. I guess he expected larger participation and he'd be able to settle on the easiest looking list. Instead he got stuck with only Lopen responding so he either had to use that list or disregard it and do the action with his own lost of 5.

I tend to agree that ulti should have wanted to bus any scum on the list to make it more likely list participation would continue on future days, but does he know that?
