I mean, I'm still enjoying it enough to keep at it for old time's sake. But like a lot of people I had a pretty rosy view of Oblivion in hindsight, especially when weighed against Skyrim's criticisms. Issues that I could look past fifteen years ago now make me wonder why I ever put up with this. Leveled versions of unique quest rewards are the effin' worst, for instance: "Hey, why don't you go fuck off in the wilderness until level 25 if you want the best rewards; then you can actually start having fun with the game!" Skyrim obviously has this problem too, but leveling is a lot quicker and far less tedious.
