Despite arriving early in the morning, I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner again. While she was professional and did not suggest an invasive procedure, Im still frustrated by not being able to consult with a doctor as requested, especially after a three-month wait. Speaking as someone in the UK, the concept of expecting to see a doctor when you make a medical appointment is pretty lol I've literally been seen by vets. But anyway I'd say no.
