This would be a different a story if he was brake-checking. He wasn't even K-Magging it out there. It's also racing. Slow-in/fast-out is a fair game defensive tactic. And he didn't do it in a ridiculous fashion. It had to come down to the telemetry to try to quantify the magnitude of deviation vs his past inputs. The brake/charge lights were showing. Russell had opportunities to make his own cognitive decisions in how to trail him. Not gonna victim blame him, but in live sequence that didn't look like foul play to me.
