Holy shit, hope you're ok, man. That sounds pretty traumatic. Thanks, but yeah I think I'm okay now. I had a hard time falling asleep earlier (since i'm currently working nights so I sleep in the afternoons), but took some melatonin gummies to help with that. After the initial panic to actually call 911 I think I stayed pretty calm during the actual call and helping them as best I could. Also for those wondering after it was all over one of the paramedics handed me my delivery. After letting it sit in my fridge for 2 hours I ended up tossing it because I couldn't bring myself to eat it after what had happened.
