He's not getting an extension on this. He's burned any chance to get one by running his mouth. As usual. Correct. One factor that the court will look at is his conduct related to the trial. You have attacks on the judge, attacks on witnesses, attacks on the law clerk to the point a gag order was put in place, two violations of said gag order, when the gag order was stayed Trump ramped up his attacks on the law clerk while he was able to, attacks on the Attorney General, giving the attorney general a nickname that pretty much is a cover up for a racial slur, showing out everytime he showed up, and attacking the judge's wife.
